Customized Educational Programs

The OGC offers customized presentations, workshops, and training to the Brown University community upon request. Past offerings include, but are not limited to, FERPA and access to student records; contracts and signature authority; copyright, trademarks and patents; FMLA/ADA/leave; CLERY compliance; reasonable accommodations; freedom of expression; conducting effective investigations and reviews; litigation holds; and the Attorney Client Privilege. Offerings can be tailored for your group to cover the legal issues of most concern to you.
