Biography
Dan joined Brown University’s Office of General Counsel as a Junior Paralegal in September 2025. Before this role, he served in the United States Marine Corps in intelligence positions, where he supported decision-making during challenging operational situations, including the 2021 Kabul Airlift. His work involved managing data compliance and developing clear processes to improve reporting and analysis.
Within the OGC, Dan assists with drafting agreements and supporting attorneys with legal research. He helps maintain the office’s records and workflows, ensuring timely processing of information requests and efficient document management.
Dan earned his B.A. in International and Public Affairs from Brown University (’25), focusing on legal research and humanitarian affairs. He also holds an A.A. degree in French from the Defense Language Institute. Outside of work, he volunteers as a mentor for veterans through Service2School.
